We've been up there since this started. Even when Harry left and we appointed Roeder we were up there with the elite.
Credit goes to G&S because we were valued about £100 million a few seasons ago and we've nearly doubled that.

We were in the Deloittes top 20 most valuable clubs under Tel the Fan's days so it's nothing new to be honest. We're just getting back to where we belong.

When we agreed the deal for the OS we had the club valued, so that any increase in value would see a significant share in profit to the LLDC should they sell the club after everything was signed.
According to Sullivan we will be a 400m club when we move to the OS. No wonder why he was willing to take on so much debt.

if you means how the loan he made us is structed it's unsecured and deferred inetrest I believe
so he doesn't charge interest now but will collect when/if he sels the club
something along those lines, all pretty standard when an owner puts cash in

we at that stage owed 44m to Sullivan and 26m or whatever to the banks
